Corporate Training & Support Specialist
Patricia (Trish) Cerio, Owner of PC Smartz, has over 25 years of experience coordinating training events for multiple industries (i.e., education, healthcare, legal, medical, manufacturing, etc.) She excels in overseeing the successful design, development and implementation of training programs and events from conception to completion. She is a well-known and admired subject-matter-expert in desktop applications training and support and thrives on helping companies and individuals across the United States with their training needs either in-person or a virtual setting. In addition, she is experienced in data analysis, technical writing, and technical support.
Trish’s past experience as a Training Design and Development Coordinator/IT Specialist includes working for the Rome Memorial Hospital providing PC training and support to over 250 end-users through individual and group training; ten school districts through the Madison-Oneida BOCES and Clinton Central School District; Oneida Ltd. (with locations in Sherrill, Georgia, UK, China and Mexico), and the Oneida County District Attorney’s Office.
Trish earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Kennedy-Western University. She is a continual learner always seeking to stay on top of the latest in training methods and programs.
Currently, Trish is a member of the New Hartford Chamber of Commerce playing a key role on the Training Committee.
When she’s not teaching, she loves spending time with family and friends. She also loves to cook and crochet.
